At the moment the Tiger Reserve covers an area of 1318.54 sq.km as well as includes within it the Corbett Park, Kalagarh sanctuary plus Sonanadi Wildlife sanctuary. There are around 140 tigers still present within the park. Along with that, the wildlife park is home to around 580 bird species, 50 mammals with at least 25 reptile species.

The Bandhavgarh Park is residence to the well-known White Tigers of Rewathat is nuzzled in the Vindhyan Mountain range in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
